ACE IT!

It was an honor for me to conduct ACE IT (Astounding Customer Engagement Intuitive Training) to the associates of Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in San Rafael, California. An interactive guest engagement and problem handling learning experience that uses The Art of Engagement and The Art of Problem Handling as the core foundation of training.


Thanks to Mr. Dan Novelly, a friend and former colleague who is now the hotel's Assistant General Manager, for trusting me with this very important training to improve the Staff/Service ratings of the hotel in their guest surveys and social media impressions.
